AI Detector & Humanizer terms of use

These terms apply to AI Detector & Humanizer ("the app"), published by Overmax Labs. By using the app you agree to them.
What the results mean
AI detection and plagiarism results are probabilistic estimates produced by third-party models. They can be wrong, including marking text written by a person as AI-generated. Do not use them as the only basis for decisions about a person, such as academic or disciplinary decisions.
Acceptable use
- Only analyze or rewrite content you have the right to use and share.
- Do not use the app to break the rules of your school, employer or any platform, or to break the law.
- Do not try to abuse, overload or reverse engineer the app or our server.
Coins, subscriptions and purchases
- Most analyses use coins. Free coins are added daily, do not accumulate beyond the limit shown in the app and have no cash value. Purchased coins are added to your balance and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown before you buy until you cancel. Introductory prices and free trials apply only where offered and only once; when they end, the regular price is charged unless you cancel before.
- Cancel at any time in Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, providers, prices or limits. Analyses depend on third-party services that may be unavailable at times.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Overmax Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's results.
